Who owns Junbi Matcha?
Junbi was founded by two couples who are best friends (Dan Tran, June Quan, Anna Wang and Jeremy Tu) and they wanted to “create a movement that draws on the strength of the earth.” They hope to deliver energy and goodness through matcha and to motivate people to create their own path.
Why did sip Matcha change its name?
With tea leaf farms in Japan, Sip Matcha was renamed the Japanese word “junbi” after copyright issues. “Junbi” translates to “preparation,” which connects to their emphasis on the groundwork behind serving customers, including their extensive preparation of the matcha leaves and powder.
