LeasingDesk Screening is a software provider to the rental real estate industry. The line item on your credit report noting 鈥淟easingDsk鈥 or 鈥淟easingDesk Screening鈥 is an indication that one of our customers (a rental property owner or manager) recently submitted a credit inquiry using our software.

What is a LeasingDesk score?

LeasingDesk score is the conglomeration of the criminal, credit, renting history, and income/employment used in the pass/fail reporting style that RealPage uses for their screening reports.

Does RealPage report to credit bureaus?

We use the industry’s largest rental payment history database, in-depth criminal background information and extensive credit checks 鈥 including credit reporting from Experian, Equifax and Transunion 鈥 to help ensure you keep your property and residents secure.

The ORA鈩 (Online Reputation Assessment) was created by J Turner Research. It’s a score of your property’s online reputation on a scale of 1 鈥 100, based on millions of reviews of over 122,000 properties. This score compares your online reputation to that of peer properties.
