Check the source to make sure your cables are connected to the correct source. If you are using HDMI then make sure you have set the audio signal to PCM instead of BITSTREAM. If you are using ANTENNA:AIR as your source, make sure your signal is strong. Check with another channel to see if sound is coming through.
