That’s right, our hot sauces are now OFFICIALLY Whole30 approved and certified! When it comes to hot sauce, we approach it with a “flavor first, fire second” mentality. Our South Texas style hot sauces are not meant to be daredevil, burn-your-esophagus hot.

Can you eat Siete chips on Whole30?

While homemade versions of chips made with whole foods are considered Whole30, no store-bought chips of any kind are considered Whole30 compatible — that goes for potato chips, sweet potato chips, Siete chips, plantain chips, terra chips, veggie chips, and any other store-bought chip you can think of.

Is Siete taco seasoning Whole30?

What tortillas are Whole30?

These Celery Root Tortillas are made from tiny sliced and grilled celery root. They are a great Whole30 and Specific Carbohydrate Diet Legal alternative to traditional flour and corn tortillas. These tortillas are Paleo, Dairy Free, Keto, Grain Free, and Gluten Free.

You don’t want to seek out guar gum, but it is allowed on Whole30. If you can find a brand without any guar gum, even better, but so don’t stress out if you can’t find a can of coconut milk without guar gum on the ingredient list.

Which Coconut Aminos are Whole30 compliant?

Vegan, paleo, gluten-free, Whole30 approved, and preservative free? Yes, way Jose! Chile powder, sea salt, ground dates, tomato powder, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, cumin, onion flakes, cassava flour, cream of tartar, black pepper, parsley.

Siete currently has three varieties: Almond Flour, Cassava & Coconut, and Cassava & Chia. None of them are AIP (autoimmune paleo/autoimmune protocol), but the cassava ones are close.

Are bananas Whole30?

Yes, both pickles and bananas are allowed on Whole30. Yet if they are a potential trigger food for you (for instance, the sweetness of bananas sets off a craving for other treats or makes you want to binge on the fruit), then you may consider including them on your “don’t eat” list.

Is coconut Whole30?

As long as the ingredients in your coconut milk are compliant, then that coconut milk is Whole30 compliant.
