The National College Match is a college admission and scholarship process through which high-achieving, low-income students can be admitted early with full four-year scholarships to QuestBridge college partners.
Is it easier to get into colleges through QuestBridge?
Yes, I think Questbridge does give you a better acceptance chance, especially if you decide to do College Match and your EFC is $0. Certainly, schools look hard at QB candidates because they have been pre-screened and pre-selected for academic excellence and persistence.
What happens when you match on QuestBridge?
The Match Scholarship
Match Scholarship Recipients are granted early admission to one of QuestBridge’s college partners with a full four-year scholarship, worth over $200,000. Our college partners use a combination of their own funds as well as state and federal aid to fund the scholarship.

QuestBridge college partners consider Finalists for full four-year scholarships and early admission through the National College Match.
What happens if you don’t get matched for QuestBridge?
If you are a Finalist who did not match, you will be able to review potential early admission opportunities and next steps from the schools you ranked. If the school will consider your application in an early review cycle, instructions on how to apply will also be included.
Can you reject a QuestBridge match?
If a student reneges on a binding offer, other colleges may withhold or withdraw their admissions offers. *With the exception of MIT, which is not binding. Please note that admission through QuestBridge Regular Decision is not binding.
