The Army Leader Requirements Model is a group of Attributes (Character, Presence, and Intellect) and Competencies (Leads, Develops, and Achieves). This document expands on the Army’s definition and provides a unit-level perspective. I used a version of this for initial counseling with my team and still use it today!
